Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements.

  • You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued

Late or Missing Refunds

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

After this time, cancellations may not be possible. However, you may still request a return once the order has been delivered in accordance with our return policy.
